ONward Program

The This Way ONward program provides youth ages 16-24 with FREE (virtual) job readiness training, helps them develop retail skills and pursue meaningful employment. Participants of this program receive pre-employment training, ongoing career coaching, and support with the job search process. Graduates of the program are then eligible to be referred to seasonal and brand associate positions at various Old Navy locations and other retail stores. The goal is to help youth gain skills and confidence via real-world work experience.
